From energizing fitness classes and a state of the art gym to enlightening fitness talks and group outings, there's an adventure for every interest. Each activity is a doorway to better health, new friendships, learning, and a more active lifestyle. Our outdoor Wellness Park is also available for use at your convenience.

What We Offer

Personalized Training

Three training sessions on the fitness equipment (required) and an individualized program design is included with all gym memberships. Additional sessions with our on-staff trainer are available by request.

Please come in for a tour of the gym and get the paperwork required to join.

Non-gym members can also purchase personal training sessions.

Equipment

The gym is open for gym members only Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Equipment Includes: Nu-Step and Sci-Fit Machines, Nautilus Equipment, Treadmills, Weight Bench, Stationary Bikes, Yoga Mats, Fitness Balls, Dumb Bells, Kettle Bells, Stretch Bands, and Rowing Machines.

Outdoor Wellness Park includes additional equipment and does not require a gym membership.
